Don't worry about it. [Dismissively, though not unkindly.] It's not exactly easy, being tossed into a new place and at the mercy of strangers, more or less... but you could be worse off in terms of your company. Your philanthropist-types vastly outnumber the assholes around here, from the looks of things. So unless you're from some kind of paradise, it's almost a little surreal.
